【論文計畫/草案繳交與發表】
研究生得於休學期間提計畫(草案)發表。
博士班及碩士班論文計畫草案應於發表日一週前(最遲為發表前一週的週五上午8點)繳交電子檔(pdf檔),並寄至欣瑜的電子信箱(hychuang@ncnu.edu.tw),主旨請註明:博(碩)士班研究生○○○於○月○日論文計畫(草案)。
建議博士班論文計畫草案頁數為30(±5)頁,碩士班20(±5)頁。


【未完成之論文計畫/草案】
申請發表之研究生若無法於指定期限完成論文計畫(草案),仍需就當下已完成內容進行發表,請於發表前一週的週五上午8點前繳交要發表的初稿pdf檔。由系辦轉寄予當學期授課教師與修課學生。

【關於期末作業】
期末作業繳交規定:
博士班及碩士班研究生於期末撰寫報告一篇,內文規定如下:
A4紙至少1頁,至多2頁。
報告內容為演講或參與研討會的心得與評論。演講限Seminar校外老師演講,研討會不限校內外。
內容包含摘要與心得評論兩部分,摘要不得多於心得評論。
評論研討會的文章需附上原文(本系辦理免附)。
報告統一於最後一週上課前繳交(另行公告)。
報告繳交對象與繳交方式(電子檔或紙本)於期末時另行公告。

This guidance is to enable the students of the “Seminar on Cultural and Educational Research(Ⅰ)(Ⅱ)(Ⅲ)(Ⅳ)” in the Master’s program and the “Seminars on Issues in International and Comparative Education (Ⅰ)(Ⅱ)(Ⅲ)(Ⅳ)” in the Doctoral program to understand the way of submitting the research proposal (draft), presenting their proposals and submitting the final assignment for the above courses.

【Submission and presentation of the thesis proposal /draft】
Graduate students may submit their research proposal for presentation even if they do not register during that semester.
The research proposal (draft) for doctoral and master classes should be submitted in electronic file (pdf file) one week before the student’s presentation date (at the latest at 8:00 am on Friday of the week before presentation).
Please email to Hsin Yu (hychuang@ncnu.edu.tw), and indicate in the subject: the Research proposal (draft) of the doctoral/master graduate student (your name) on (the date).
It is suggested that the number of pages of the proposal should be 30 (±5) pages for doctoral students and 20 (±5) pages for master students.
The presentation time of each presenter is 15 minutes (During presentation, the moderator will press the bell once at the 10th minute and 2 times at the 12th minute to remind the presenter).

【Submission and presentation of the unfinished research proposal /draft】
If the host graduate students applying for presentation are unable to complete the research proposal (draft) within the specified deadline, they still need to present what they have completed. Please submit the pdf file before 8:00 a.m. on Friday of the week before presentation. This draft will be forwarded by the department office to the teaching faculty of the current semester and enrolled students.

【About final assignment】
Requirements for the submission of final assignments:
Students of these courses shall write a report at the end of the semester, with the following requirements:
A4 paper at least 1 page, at most 2 pages.
The content of the report is the feedbacks and comments/reviews of the speeches or conferences they have participated. Speeches are limited to non-NCNU teachers.
The content consists of two parts: summary and comments. The length of summary should not be more than the comments/reviews.
The original text of the conference papers should be attached if the report is about commenting on conference papers, unless the conference is organized by the department.
The report should be handed in before the last week of class (announcement will be given separately).
How students submit their final assignment (by electronic file or printed copy) and to whom will be announced separately at the end of the semester.
